The Executive Assistant Sr. is responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Leaders. Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more persons, including work of a confidential nature, technical tasks and projects of sophisticated scope and importance
- Responds to inquiries from our business partners
- Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, preparing presentations, monitoring data, reporting
- Assumes significant responsibility for interpretation of business aspects and project success
- Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Supervises work of personnel on assigned projects
- Mentors others
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum eight (8) years’ experience supporting executive management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the coordination of meetings, calendars and travel
- Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
