What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Systems & Automation Analyst II position at Williams?
As a Financial Systems & Automation Analyst II, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our financial systems. This role involves financial system administration, data analysis, and problem-solving to utilize technology in streamlining processes. The primary focus of this role is to support the expense reporting and corporate credit card administration processes. Occasional involvement in Accounts Payable tasks may also be required. An eye for improvement opportunities with the ability to tackle sophisticated problems are keys to success!

Responsibilities / Expectations :
- Monitors and resolves system interference issues and collaborates with impacted teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Ensures data integrity by maintaining database hierarchies, tables, and end-user reports
- Processes and analyzes significant amounts of data
- Develops, maintains, and delivers technical and process training for financial systems
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements with a focus on efficiency and automation; includes developing test cases related to software upgrades
- Stays current on accounting / financial area of expertise and automation technology
- Other duties as assigned
