A Day in the Life :
As the Manager of Measurement Equipment, you will lead a team of experts in measurement equipment and field processes. You will oversee the enterprise's measurement equipment operations, maintenance processes, and design specifications. Additionally, you will foster a culture of operational discipline and measurement excellence across the organization, collaborating closely with operations and project execution leadership. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, empowering you to drive innovation and excellence in measurement practices.
Responsibilities / Expectations :
- Holds team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements and standards
- Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees
- Understands the technical issues, operational practices and measurement systems / tools common to the oil & gas industry
- Establishes and maintains positive, productive, proactive relationships with direct employees, peers, customers and audiences
- Resolves issues
- Establishes continuous improvement strategies, opportunities, and execution on improvements
- Provides a critical link with IT Business Partners, Operations, Accounting, and Commercial
- Other duties as assigned
