Proficiency in MAXIMO is essential for work order creation, material/service planning, new PM setup, and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include developing maintenance Job Packages, creating complex work plans and crafting site-specific maintenance procedures (SSMPs). The role also involves aligning maintenance schedules with other projects to improve Operating System efficiency, with a strong focus on safety and maintenance process.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Coordinates maintenance planning activities for assigned asset/equipment category; applies operational standards to guide initiation and planning of preventive maintenance routines
- Works with others to ensure preventative maintenance routines are planned in accordance with our standards; ensures’ equipment performs efficiently
- Leads a collaborative effort to draft site and equipment specific work plans
- Audits preventative maintenance modules and work orders to ensure data integrity
- Collaborates with operations and maintenance teams regarding contractor bid process
- Provides timely, accurate status updates to business partners and collaborates to forecast and communicate major outages of equipment, units or stations
- Supports budget development
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: Vocational/associate degree or bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field; previous experience in the oil and gas industry
Must be willing to:
- Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
- Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
- Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
- Use hand tools
- Wear protective equipment, gloves, uniforms, and other articles of safety clothing
- Must be available to work after hours, on call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as the need arises
- May be required to work overtime, 10-12 hour shifts and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong background in maintenance processes and database systems, especially Maximo, and familiarity with SAP or IMDS
- Proficient in using CMMS tools with strong MAXIMO skills including completion of MAXIMO training I & II
- Strong skills in Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Proven planning and scheduling experience in a related field
- Proven ability to interpret standard blueprints, machine, and process drawings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously with a strong drive for completion
- Preferred: Experience in field operations or maintenance, inventory management expertise and proficiency in PowerBI
