Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Williamsbridge Center in the Bronx, NY. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bed baths, shaving, and toileting
- Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
- Maintain a clean and tidy resident space, including making beds and keeping living areas organized
- Transport residents within the facility
- Promote independence and dignity for all residents
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA state certification
- Good standing with State Registry
