What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional service to our customers while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services, an excellent understanding of customer needs, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
- Provide detailed service recommendations and explain the repair process
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of work in the service department
- Create accurate and thorough estimates for parts and labor
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on completed services and resolving concerns
- Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely repairs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to use service management software (experience with CDK is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
