Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for toddlers in your care
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive teaching methods
- Create and maintain a stimulating classroom setting conducive to learning
- Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development and student progress
Requirements
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Familiarity with math concepts suitable for preschoolers
- Experience with Montessori or similar child-centered educational approaches
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
