Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during various events, ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met with professionalism and care. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while adhering to food safety and handling standards.

Duties

• Set up and break down catering events, including tables, chairs, linens, and serving stations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Provide excellent hospitality by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of food items as needed for catering events.

Skills

• Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in bussing tables and providing support during events.
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices and food service etiquette.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food handling procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance during service.
