ABOUT WISC KIDS CLUB:
Our licensed Kid’s Club Before & After School Program that has been operating since 2003 providing excitement, fun and learning for school age grades K-6 . Students have access to indoor and outdoor playgrounds, turf, and sport court, which enhances gross motor skills and creates a healthy attitude toward physical fitness.
Kids Club Bus Driver Position:
We are looking for fun, energetic, and responsible Kids Club Bus Driver! As the main point of contact for families, our staff needs to be friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Our goal is to provide excellent care with a smiling face!
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 10:00am and/or 2:30pm - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Shall transport the children to and from designated schools as assigned in a safe manner
- Ability to communicate and work with assigned ages and skill levels and provide necessary instruction to participantsSupervising up to 25 children with another team member
- Ability to observe participants, assess appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior-management techniques
- Completing daily area cleaning as needed
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with families
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage kids and parents
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Virginia Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience working with young children
- Must meet all state licensure requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
