- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the design and development of new products and improvements to existing products.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with quality assurance to resolve any product defects or issues.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the upholstery or furniture industry.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
