Job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using office systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with patient intake forms and update patient records as necessary
- Insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic, dental, or medical office is preferred
- Familiarity with office systems such as Chirotouch is a plus
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records accurately

- Mondays and Wednesdays: 2:15-6pm
- Fridays 8-1pm
