Job Responsibilities:

• Checking clients in for all forms of appointment, checking out and discharging patients, invoicing
• Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments
• Create a warm and welcoming environment, maintaining a friendly and understanding demeanor
• Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and monitor two way texting systems
• Listen and respond to voicemail
• Management of both electronic medical records and written medical records
• Update and file patient written charts
• Retrieve prescriptions and check clients out for prescriptions fills
• Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room, organizing client educational materials

• High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience
• Customer Service

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for short durations
• must be able to lift up to 40 pounds infrequently
