What are the responsibilities and job description for the DUI Case Manager (General Sessions Court) Full-Time position at Williamson County Government?
Williamson County Government General Sessions Court is accepting applications for a full-time DUI Case Manager.
The DUI Court Case Manager plays a key role in the Williamson County DUI Court by interviewing potential DUI Court candidates and submitting potential candidates' names to DA Team Members for further eligibility determination. The DUI Court Case Manager will follow through with inpatient treatment set up and monitoring of DUI Court participants. This position is responsible for the case management of all DUI Court participants and other duties associated with the DUI Court Program. Duties will include but are not limited to, assessing the participant's home and its occupants for suitability of the Program requirements, home supervision of participants, assisting participants in obtaining services related to housing, educational and vocational training, money management, transitional living, social and athletic activities and other social service needs, as well as monitoring through observation the drug tests administered to participants in the program.
The detail orientated and highly organized candidate must possess the communication, computer data analysis and writing skills necessary for verbal recommendations to the Court and to create concise reports as needed.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work with experience is preferred, will accept State of Tennessee License in Social Services or Alcohol and Drug Counseling or experienced individual with proven analytical, supervisory, and leadership experience with counseling, and/ or social services background.
