JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Magistrate Court Administrator, responsible for performing complex duties in compliance with statutory timeframes in support of the Associate Judges presiding over magistration hearings. Identifies and prepares required legal documents and court orders for each hearing. Disseminates legal documents to multiple stakeholders utilizing internal and external communication platforms and databases. Answers and responds to calls, emails, and correspondence regarding magistration.
