JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to Director of Communications & Media Relations, responsible for maintaining positive county image and community relations through various county communications and events in support of the Commissioners Court, county departments, and elected offices. Serves as lead for the County's social media accounts and directs office in Director's absence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, or related field and four (4) years of public information, public relations, social media management, or similar programs; OR an equal combination of education and experienceOne (1) year of demonstrated lead or supervisory experiencePrior AP style writing and social media content creation experienceLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
