1. Providing sterile or high-level disinfected equipment and supplies for inpatient and outpatient surgical patient care
2. Maintaining accurate records of sterilization cycles and processes
3. Participating in quality improvement activities and developing process improvement plans
4. Providing education and training to co-workers and new personnel
5. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to infection control policies and procedures
