Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a NICU Nurse will include:
- Providing direct care to newborns and their families in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in neonatal care.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A current RN license in the State of Tennessee.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
