Responsibilities
- Supports community health programs as needed
- Oversees (Contributes to) Occupational Health program and maintenance of employee health files
- Coordinates Performance Improvement initiatives in the area of Occupational Health
- Maintains Occupational Health policies and protocols
- Notifies employees of the need for vaccination updates and keeps documentation updated
- Certain hospital policies require tracking using software that has variable lengths fields requiring planning into field entry
Requirements
- RN with at least three years of experience in training and development or nursing and/or a combination thereof
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Basic computer skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Meditech computer systems
- Good presentation skills
