- Provides family-centered care.
- Conducts thorough assessments of pediatric patients to determine their medical needs and monitor their progress.
- Works closely with board-certified pediatric hospitalists and child life specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Explains treatment plans and procedures to patients and their families, offering emotional support and reassurance.
- Maintains hospital and unit-specific competencies.
- Advocates for the needs and best interests of pediatric patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and compassionate care.

Experience Level:
- At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
