Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Nights Medical/Onc
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health. As a RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in various medical settings, focusing on patient assessments, care planning, and treatment implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in various medical settings, including adult medical/surgical units, pediatric medical/surgical units, critical care units, oncology units, and emergency departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, identifying problems and interventions consistent with identified problems and attainable outcomes.
- Implement treatments and procedures according to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment.
- Document accurately and timely, ensuring complete and accurate records of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee.
- At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience preferred.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Able to communicate in English verbally and legibly.
- Able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs.
