Roles
- Prepare and cook daily food items needed.
- Follow high standard Food & Safety procedures.
- Collaborate & communicate with teammates and managers.
- Follow recipes precisely per Recipe Book (“The Bible”).
- Properly labeling prepared dishes, and back-up food supplies.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
- Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling best practices.
- Support the team with daily kitchen operations and closing duties.
