Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, MD is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA).

As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our residents; helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence through the compassionate care and support you provide. What you'll do
- Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
- Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
- Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
- Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
What you need
- Active certification as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant in Maryland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
