Auto Detailer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dealership Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles, both new and pre-owned, are spotless, visually appealing, and ready for delivery to customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for cars, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Cleaning: Perform exterior and interior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning, to ensure a pristine finish.

Interior Care: Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including upholstery, dashboards, carpets, and windows.

Surface Polishing: Use specialized equipment to polish and buff vehicle surfaces, removing minor scratches and imperfections.

Paint and Trim Care: Apply protective coatings and sealants to maintain the vehicle's appearance and protect against environmental damage.

Detailing Supplies Management: Maintain and organize detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in working condition.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other dealership staff, including sales and service teams, to meet customer delivery deadlines and quality expectations.

Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the detailing area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in vehicle detailing preferred, but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Knowledge of car care products and detailing techniques is a plus.

Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
