Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
- Utilize welding techniques to repair or replace damaged sections of vehicles.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.
- Conduct auto estimating to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Fabricate parts as needed to restore vehicles to their original specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Assist in auto painting tasks, ensuring a smooth finish that meets quality standards.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in welding, auto restoration, and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes and the ability to assess damage accurately.
- Experience using various power tools and equipment related to auto body repair.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
