Willis Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa is hiring a polished, professional, and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our small, supportive team in Ballwin, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients on skincare products and assist with sales
- Assist with opening and closing duties, light cleaning, and laundry
- Help with social media content creation during downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with EHR systems (Symplast or similar) is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Interest in aesthetics and willingness to learn about treatments and skincare
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Hours may vary slightly based on surgeries and procedures. Potential for weekend/evening hours in future.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18/hour starting rate (may be higher based on experience)
- 10% commission on all skincare product sales
- Free MedSpa treatments after 6 months of employment
- Surgical fee waived after 1 year (if approved for procedure by Dr. Willis)
