What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Facilitator position at Willis Custom Yachts?
- Coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure HBLs, boat moves, and slip assignments are executed on time.
- Assist and support the Project Manager with daily operational duties.
- Work with Guest Services to coordinate forklifts, Lull, and equipment rentals.
- Serve as a liaison between trade managers and project managers to facilitate timely job completion.
- Process PO requisitions for subcontractors and vendors using Monday.com.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on the creation and delivery of special orders.
- Assist captains and crew with special requests, boat movements, and scheduling.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the boatyard.
- Provide hands-on assistance to trade teams as needed.
- Attend the Daily Action Plan meeting to stay updated on all projects and activities.
- Utilize Dockmaster software to open/close jobs, transfer estimates to work orders, and monitor planned vs. actual costs for time and materials.
- Capture photos and videos of projects for internal documentation and social media content.
- Operate a drone to document key activities, vessel movements, and project milestones for marketing and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior marina experience preferred but not necessary. Experience with media content creation or drone operation is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Comfortable using software tools such as Monday.com and Dockmaster.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to operate a drone (or willingness to be trained) for capturing media content.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in a marine and industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying weather conditions.
- Involves time spent in both an office setting and the boatyard.
- May involve working in confined spaces, at heights, or in awkward positions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
