Job Location: Stuart, FL
Job Summary:
The Project Facilitator plays a key role in coordinating boatyard operations by working closely with logistics, guest services, and trade managers to ensure the timely completion of tasks and vessel movements. They assist the Project Manager with daily duties, process PO requisitions through Monday.com, and collaborate with the Purchasing Department on special orders. Additionally, they help maintain boatyard cleanliness, provide hands-on assistance when needed, and utilize Dockmaster software to manage job statuses and project tracking. This role also supports content creation for social media by capturing project updates, assisting with media coordination, and operating a drone to document key activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure HBLs, boat moves, and slip assignments are executed on time.
- Assist and support the Project Manager with daily operational duties.
- Work with Guest Services to coordinate forklifts, Lull, and equipment rentals.
- Serve as a liaison between trade managers and project managers to facilitate timely job completion.
- Process PO requisitions for subcontractors and vendors using Monday.com.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on the creation and delivery of special orders.
- Assist captains and crew with special requests, boat movements, and scheduling.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the boatyard.
- Provide hands-on assistance to trade teams as needed.
- Attend the Daily Action Plan meeting to stay updated on all projects and activities.
- Utilize Dockmaster software to open/close jobs, transfer estimates to work orders, and monitor planned vs. actual costs for time and materials.
- Capture photos and videos of projects for internal documentation and social media content.
- Operate a drone to document key activities, vessel movements, and project milestones for marketing and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior marina experience preferred but not necessary. Experience with media content creation or drone operation is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Comfortable using software tools such as Monday.com and Dockmaster.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate a drone (or willingness to be trained) for capturing media content.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in a marine and industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying weather conditions.
- Involves time spent in both an office setting and the boatyard.
- May involve working in confined spaces, at heights, or in awkward positions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary.
