As Senior Engineering Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering projects, managing a team of professionals, interacting with clients, and ensuring project success. You will assume 50% ownership of the company, working closely with a future Professional Surveyor who will take the other 50% of the LLC. Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen will drive the company's growth and success.

Key Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in engineering design and construction plan preparation.
- Strong project management skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent client interaction and communication skills.
- Experience in land surveying.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer.
- Proficient in Autocad Civil 3D.
