Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Owner at Willis Engineering & Surveying located in Millersport, OH. The Principal Owner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the engineering projects, managing the team, interacting with clients, and ensuring project success. As Principal Owner, the applicant will assume 50% ownership of the company. A future Professional Surveyor, currently working for Willis Engineering & Surveying, will assume the other 50% of the LLC.
Qualifications
- 15 years of Engineering expertise including design and construction plan preparation.
- Project management skills
- Leadership and Team management experience
- Client interaction and communication skills
- Experience in land surveying
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer
- Proficient at Autocad Civil 3D
