NT II( DISH ROOM TECH) PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATION AND CLEANLINESS FOR THE KITCHEN PATIENT TRAY LINE AREA AND CAFETERIA
DUTIES/Responsibilites:
Washes all pans,plates and utensils for the cafeteria and patient service
participates on all meal service patient tray line.
Cleaning and sanitizing of the dish machine daily.
Responsible for ensuring high level of cleanliness and sanitation for the dish room and tray line area.
Responsible for delivery/pick up of all food carts to the units.
Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
