Excellent assessment skills are essential as the Home Health nurse works independently in the field.Our patient population is diverse and we treat a wide variety of diagnoses. Interpersonal communication is essential, as you will be working with a large interdisciplinary team of prudent professionals.The average assignment is seven to eight patients per day. The salary is competitive and includes mileage reimbursement.
