JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in planing and operational management of the medical staff and allied health professional staff credentialing and privileging program to ensure program integrity.
Provide general administrative support to the Credentials Manager of Medical Staff Support Services as well as assist Director of Medical Staff Services.
EDUCATION:
Prefer associate degree in a health care related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent computer, organizational and public relation�skills as well as statistical, analytical and problem-solving skills.� Must have ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with all levels of personnel and work well as a member of a team
EXPERIENCE:
Prefer five years comprehensive experience as a medical staff services professional within a hospital setting.��Also prefer working knowledge of medical staff credentialing and organizational structure but would be willing to train a motivated, organized individual.
