Our 3 North, 25 bed medical surgical unit specializes in Hematology and Oncology patients. The unit is capable of telemetry monitoring and nurses are trained in the art of reading telemetry. Physicians routinely request that their patients be admitted to this unit as this unit is specialized and requires select nurses who provide the best care to their patients. This unit requires a kind hearted nurse with lots of love to give. New graduates are welcomed and offered a twelve-week orientation with experienced preceptors. Experienced nurses are provided an orientation based on their experience and level of comfort. The Nurse-to-patient ratio you can expect is 1:5 with support staff available for a strong continuity of care. Come and join our team!
