Your Role as a Staff Nurse:
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients on the Medical-Surgical unit.
- Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
