What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Data Analyst II position at Willis Knighton Health?
Under the direct supervision of the Performance Peer Review Coordinator and under the general direction of the Director and may have full responsibility for the operation of sections of the department or occupy key positions requiring professional expertise in particular phases of data review.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Associates Degree. Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management
Minimum of one year experience in a hospital setting.
RHIA certification preferred.
SKILLS:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have strong organizational skills and thorough knowledge of computers.
Ability to gather and use data for statistical, analytical and problem solving purposes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
