What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Willis Knighton Health?
Willis-Knighton Health System's Physical Medicine Department is seeking a full time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation position at our Willis-Knighton Rehabilitation Institute.
We are looking for an pelvic floor experienced candidate that is able to develop a caseload including, but not limited to bowel and bladder incontinence, pelvic pain, post-prostate cancer clients. Preference will be given to a Board Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist. Energy, motivation, compassion and organization will be key considerations in choosing our candidate, as well as good flexibility and time management skills.
In addition to the regular working hours, Monday through Friday, the Physical Therapist will be required to work week end rotations at one of our inpatient locations. This position requires a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution as well as a current Physical Therapy license from the State of Louisiana. A hospital and unit specific orientation will be provided to the candidate chosen for this position.
