What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Head Nurse position at Willis Knighton Health?
A Registered Professional Nurse who is responsible, with the PCC, for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, controlling, and supervising the nurse care on the Perinatal unit. Participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nurses and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting for the Perinatal unit. Exhibits a sense of accountability through attendance, promptness and a role model for work activity (dress code and cell phone utilization).
