Job Description
This position requires a highly skilled and dedicated professional who can:
- Oversee instrument and equipment setup for the OR
- Coordinate and oversee the room during a case as the circulator
- Facilitate effective and efficient transition between surgical procedures
- Manage patients' care and medication, including assistance with anesthesia
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
- An active RN license as required by state of employment or appropriate compact licensure
- Valid BCLS Certification upon employment
