Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? Williston Enrichment Center is looking for a Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team in the preschool classrooms. If you have a preference for working with toddlers, we have that opportunity available too!

What We?re Looking For:

• A genuine love for working with children
• Experience working in group settings with young children
• A solid background in early education (e.g., degrees, certifications, coursework, etc.)
• At least an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or 30 credits in ECE or related fields

Duties

As a Lead Early Childhood Educator at Williston Enrichment Center, you will:

• Plan and implement daily activities, routines, and curriculum that support children?s individual needs and interests.
• Use a Reggio-inspired approach to foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in children.
• Provide nurturing care and ensure the safety and emotional well-being of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Maintain open communication with families about children?s progress and daily experiences.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

• Experience working with children in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
• Educational background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related fields. Minimum requirement: Associate's Degree in ECE or 21 credits in ECE/related courses.
• We are open to considering candidates with different qualifications if your skills, attitude, and fit align with our center?s values and mission.

Nice To Haves

For Lead Teacher:

• BA in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field, or
• AA in ECE or related field with 2 years experience working with children ages birth to 8, or
• 21 credits in ECE or related fields.

• Willingness to work toward the above qualifications.
