Description :
Report to the Division Leader.
Essential Functions :
Responsible for following all company procedures while opening or closing the store and supervising assigned
shifts.
Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels. Place and receive correct orders of
merchandise and supplies within store and make sure all merchandise is arranged correctly with correct price
and signage.
Help Sales Associates accurately assist customers in a timely manner with cash handling, fuel transactions and
Willkomm's Plenti Rewards programs while complying with company policies and procedures.
Keep transaction counter, store, car wash and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe.
Accountable for balancing, logging and reporting deposits, invoices and coupons.
Participate in interviewing, hiring and reviewing employees following established company guidelines.
Observes employee performance and corrects and disciplines, as needed. Performs necessary verbal and
written warnings.
Supervise two to three employees in a fast-paced business environment
Provide direction, instructions and guidance to the team
Delegate daily tasks, answer employee questions and resolve issues.
Complete all necessary reports for supervisor's review
Walk, stoop, bend and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Non-Essential Functions :
Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner. Communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc.
Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.
Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, training, assisting and communicating effectively with co- workers and customers.
Ensure access to Sales Associate work area is restricted to unauthorized personnel.
Self-motivated, organized
Positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers.
Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
Ensures daily responsibilities are accomplished by employees
