Willmar Electric is accepting applications for a Licensed Electrician Apprentice with two or more years of experience in the Lawton , Oklahoma area.

Wage: $16.00 to $24.00 an hour
Job Summary:
An electrical apprentice installs, upgrades, renovates, and completes other assigned electrical duties to produce the product requested by an owner or general contractor and under direction from a licensed Journeyman in an industrial setting.
Essential Functions:
- Installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and bend conduit.
- Trace out short circuits in wiring.
- Make minor electrical repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Work with the Foreman to set daily goals.
- Performs work in accordance with the National Electrical Code in a workmanlike manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hold and maintain the state apprentice license.
- Have OSHA10 certification before beginning work on a site or the pre-fabrication workshop.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Attend continuing education classes to maintain an apprentice license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrollment in/completion of an electrical trade school program.
- Knowledge of hand/power tools, how to read meters, and reading (understanding of) blueprints.
