The Role


The Project Coordinator will oversee the administrative aspects of construction projects, serving as the primary liaison between subcontractors and Willmeng. This role requires strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be proactive, analytical thinking, and business acumen. The position is on-site Monday to Friday during training, with a hybrid work option available after training period is complete.


What you will accomplish



  • Manage subcontracts, project setup, and communication between subcontractors and Willmeng.

  • Assist with estimating, subcontractor bids, and project setup support.

  • Set up new projects in Procore, onboard subcontractors, and collaborate with the Project Manager and subcontractors throughout the project.

  • Oversee administrative tasks, including contract management, billing, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with building codes.

  • Support Pre-Con and Project Managers in maintaining project schedules and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.


What we would like you to have



  • Procore experience is preferred for effective project management and coordination.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project administration is required.

  • Experience with Textura is preferred for managing payment applications and change orders.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

  • Proficient in managing project documentation, contracts, and compliance with local building codes.

  • Ability to manage and lead a team of subcontractors and construction personnel on-site.
