The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills to handle warranty requests. In this position, you will be responsible for processing and ensuring the timely completion of all warranty submissions. This is a part-time role, which requires on-site attendance during the training period. Once training is completed, the position can transition to remote work.

The Role

What You Will Accomplish
- Record conversations and track repair timelines within warranty software.
- Coordinate and schedule warranty repairs with trade partners.
- Submit warranty claims and distribute tasks to subcontractors as part of team discussions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners.
- Assist the Warranty Manager and collaborate closely with the Warranty Coordinator.
- 2-4 years of experience in Construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
