Are you leading a skilled roofing crew looking for consistent, year-round work? Wiloughby Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., a top industry leader, is seeking reliable roofing subcontractors. We are seeking skilled and reliable Subcontractors to partner with on various roofing projects. We are seeking crews with experience with all types of roofing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality workmanship ensuring attention to detail and adherence to project specifications.
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain a safe, organized job site at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Requirements
- General Liability Insurance
- Workman's Compensation Insurance
- Current insurance coverage, naming us as the certificate holder (proof required).
- EIN Letter
- Current Contractor’s License (if required by your state)
- Reliable transportation, roofing tools, and equipment required for job completion.
- Proven expertise roofing.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to provide references and a portfolio of past work (photos required).
- Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all roofing equipment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work alongside and collaboratively with WRSM team
- Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job
- Work under the direction of WRSM Field Project Foreman/Supervisor to complete roofing jobs
