What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychologist/Post Doc/Neuropsychologist position at Willow Anxiety and OCD?
Willow Anxiety & OCD is a small, specialized private practice in San Jose, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) that provides cutting edge, evidence-based treatment for OCD and related disorders (OCRDs), anxiety disorders and mood disorders, ARFID, and SPACE. We primarily offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and draw heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
We are seeking a full-time licensed psychologist or license-eligible advanced post-doctoral fellow (would get licensed in the next 6 months). The position is primarily for therapists who work with adult clients. Additionally, experience with administering comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for all ages is a bonus. We are most interested in therapists who are looking for a long-term commitment to our small private practice.

Position Expectations:
· PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA accredited program
· Either license eligible (we will provide supervision for licensure) or licensed in the state of California
· Prior evidence-based training and experience in CBT, DBT, or ACT. Bonus points if you have completed the SPACE training (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
· Prior experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for ADHD and ASD for all ages
· Prior experience and interest for working with adults in individual therapy, group therapy, and IOP
· Keenness for learning and interest in treating anxiety disorders and OCRDs
· Expected to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, primarily OCRDs and anxiety related disorders. Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances. Meets with clients regularly to provide treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress. Works with parents for parent coaching and training. Conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and providing feedback sessions
· Therapists will be expected to complete 23 client hours per week (have 25 client hours per week on the roster)
· Willingness to conduct sessions primarily in-person and occasionally via telehealth
· Collaborative approach and interest in being a team player
· Intention to stay with the practice long term
· Desire and willingness to participate in ongoing activities related to the growth of the practice like marketing efforts, developing relationships with referral sources, conducting presentations
· Interest in research is a plus
