We are seeking a Licensed therapist to lead our clinical team, ensure program compliance, and drive high-quality client care. This is a key leadership position that will oversee clinical operations, staff supervision, and treatment program development.

Team Management & Hiring

Curriculum Development & Group Programming
- Develop and define the structure of group therapy programs for PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.

- Regularly review and update group content to ensure it meets clinical best practices and client needs.
- Train staff on facilitation techniques to ensure engaging and impactful group sessions.
Clinical Supervision & Staff Development
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to therapists, case managers, and behavioral health staff.
- Conduct team meetings, case reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care.
- Lead training programs on evidence-based practices, compliance, and crisis intervention.
Program Development & Client Care
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered mental health and addiction treatment.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, client engagement, and retention for program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with medical providers to support integrated mental health and addiction care.
Qualifications
✅ Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
✅ Licensed in Washington (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent).
✅ 1 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
✅ 1 years of leadership experience in an outpatient, PHP, or IOP setting.
✅ Experience in hiring, supervising, and managing clinical teams.
✅ Expertise in group therapy development, curriculum design, and facilitation training.
✅ Strong background in clinical documentation, insurance compliance, and EMR systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
