The Maintenance Recruiter oversees the full cycle recruitment process for maintenance techs, leads and supervisors, porters, grounds keeper, pool attendants, etc roles. This role will work closely with the regional recruiters and hiring managers to fill those roles, executing on recruitment strategies including social media and job site postings, building pipelines and managing relationships with candidates.

This role will work closely with the regional recruiters and hiring managers to fill those roles, executing on recruitment strategies including social media and job site postings, building pipelines and managing relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen and hire qualified candidates for maintenance roles.
- Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, campus, professional organizations and networking and employee referrals.
- Accountable for proactive communication with current and potential applicants (internal and external candidates) to build sustainable talent pool. Experienced and comfortable sourcing passive candidates for open positions.
- Continually develop pipelines of maintenance talent for high-volume needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and senior level recruiters and as well as hiring teams. Guides stakeholders through the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Work within iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and CRM to submit candidates, track pipeline updates, manage metrics and success rates of recruiting initiatives.
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS Human Resource Management preferred. Two or more years of recruitment experience preferred
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilizing social networking sites to successfully source candidates
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations including federal, state and city EEO and DOL laws required
- Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle processes
- Background in Property Management or hospitality recruiting a plus
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of recruiting success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
