Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen and hire qualified candidates for onsite roles.
- Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, campus, professional organizations and networking and employee referrals.
- Accountable for proactive communication with current and potential applicants (internal and external candidates) to build sustainable talent pool. Experienced and comfortable sourcing passive candidates for open positions.
- Continually develop pipelines of maintenance talent for high-volume needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and senior level recruiters and as well as hiring teams. Guides stakeholders through the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Work within iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and CRM to submit candidates, track pipeline updates, manage metrics and success rates of recruiting initiatives.
- BA/BS Human Resource Management or Business preferred.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience required.
- Experience working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Experience developing and executing a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the hiring manager.
- Recruiting experience for professional level, corporate positions preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations including federal, state and city EEO and DOL laws required.
- Industry experience in property management or hospitality a plus.
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of recruiting success, excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the executive team.
- Ability to travel on occasion for team meetings, career fairs, etc.
