In a continuous effort to enhance our residents' quality of life, Willow Brook Christian Village is adding a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator.
Job responsibilities include maintaining a well-rounded independent living resident activity program of social activities for a variety of groups, interests, and time schedules for our independent residents. This includes coordinating transportation, ticket purchases, meal reservations, and possibly hotel accommodations as needed for resident activities. Additional responsibilities include creating and distributing monthly activity calendars, welcoming new residents, coordinating with leaders for outstanding delivery of special events, and connecting with community vendors to ensure new activity opportunities for Willow Brook residents. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will also recruit, train, organize and appreciate independent living resident volunteers.
A well-qualified individual will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, computer literacy, and a strong passion for and understanding of senior adults' interests. Schedule requires flexibility with some weekend and evening responsibilities. Must have clean driving record with ability and willingness to drive Willow Brook buses for activity events.
