The maintenance team of Willow Brook at Delaware Run is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a full-time general maintenance position. This qualified individual will perform hands-on maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary environment for our residents.
Tasks of this position may include (but are not limited to) performing basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties, lifting and removing furniture, preparing homes for move-in, assisting with snow removal and surface preparation, completing maintenance requests submitted by residents, ensuring cleanliness of home exteriors, and assisting residents with any other maintenance needs.
Qualified applicants should have proven (references required) maintenance experience, the ability to organize and complete tasks in a neat and efficient manner, the ability to work without close supervision, and good communication skills. The ability to operate a skid steer loader (Bob Cat) and a CDL license may be a plus in consideration of applicants. As with all Willow Brook positions, a criminal background check, work physical, and drug test will be conducted.
