- Volunteer Management: Coordinate the background check process for volunteers serving groups and other ministry activities.
- Global Teams Operations: Provide administrative support for global teams, including booking flights, managing trip budgets, tracking paperwork, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Grant Administration: Administer grants through Nexonia or other systems, ensuring timely disbursements to partners.
- External Funding Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to grow external funding sources from organizations, corporations, and foundations.
- Grant Research and Reporting: Conduct research, apply for grants, track progress, and prepare reports for internal approval and submission.
You will also be responsible for setting and tracking annual goals for grants received and revenue generated, as well as creating and overseeing a volunteer team to assist with grant research and administrative tasks.
